Purpose of the Contract

This contract is not the law of men, nor a legal text with cold claws. It is a promise of posture, a soft song of assumed hierarchy, a light veil of offered obedience and mindful presence.

"Lady" rules not through force, but through charm, voice, and the spark of a gaze. "Servant Lili" bows not out of fear, but by choice: the choice to serve, to please, to gracefully take place in the loving shadow of consensual power.

This submission is vanilla in nature: scented with tenderness, marked by simple rituals, and cradled in affection within a soft vertical structure. It does not hurt, it envelops; it does not push, it invites.

Thus, this bond does not constrain bodies, but frees the roles. It does not scratch the skin, but caresses the will. It traces a path of listening, kindness, and shared play, in a framework that is clear but never cruel.

By this agreement, the two beings dance in balance, where one leads with delicacy and the other follows with grace. Every word written here, every comma laid down, is an offering to their intimate stage, where each accepts their place not as a burden, but as a chosen freedom.

This is not a commercial contract nor a legally binding agreement under civil or criminal law. It is a moral, ritualistic, emotional, and ethical commitment that expresses the deliberate choice to establish a hierarchy based on authority.

Oath of Surrender – Offering of the Self

On this day of sealed commitment, “Servant Lili”, humble in heart, approaches in silence And lays down, at your feet, “Lady”, Their free will, as a cloak of pride surrendered.

She no longer speaks to oppose, But to respond, to serve, to listen. She no longer raises a voice to command, But to receive, to bow, to obey.

Their mind becomes the echo of your desires, Their body, the instrument of your whims. She chooses, with grace and consent, To let go of the burden of decision-making.

This surrender is neither weakness nor erasure, But an act of structured love, a lucid offering, Where will bends without breaking, And silence becomes a sacred language.

Duties and Rules of the Submissive (female):

The duty of «Servant Lili» is neither blind obedience nor the mere execution of orders. It is an inner journey — a total, conscious, and consensual commitment to serving the Will of the other.

«Servant Lili» accepts the rules not out of weakness, but by choice. She understands that discipline strengthens, and that imposed limits can become springboards toward a higher form of freedom: the freedom of honoring one's given word.

1) Gallantry: The Art of Serving with Grace
The gallantry of «Servant Lili» shall be much more than polite behavior: it will be a daily language of reverence, a subtle art of highlighting «Lady» through every gesture, word, and silence.

Example: The moment Lady crosses the threshold, Servant Lili recites a poetic phrase, metaphor, or flowery compliment: “May your gaze illuminate this evening as the dawn crowns the day.” This ritual transforms flattery into a refined art, enhancing the aura of Lady.

2) Punishment: A Tool of Realignment, Justice, and Power
Punishment is neither sadism nor arbitrariness. It is a tool for structure, correction, and hierarchical communication. When a breach occurs, punishment serves to restore order, reaffirm boundaries, and remind each person of their role — always within the bounds of prior consent.

Example: For each offense, Lady places a black rose (real or symbolic) in a vase. Each rose represents a transgression. When a certain number is reached (e.g., 3), a redemption ceremony is triggered: Servant Lili reads a letter of remorse, receives an elegant punishment (artistic flogging, ritual words), and one rose is burned or discarded. Poetic, yet full of meaning.

3) Forced Exhibition: Submission Brought to Light
Forced exhibition shall be a staging of power. "Servant Lili" will be compelled to expose herself, often naked, vulnerable, or in a symbolic posture, in order to offer "Lady" the ultimate expression of trust and surrender.

Example: At certain times (solstices, new cycles, symbolic punishments), Servant Lili presents herself naked, in a posture of openness: arms extended, eyes closed, slow breathing. She recites a confession or a poem of submission.

4) Roleplay: Theater of Embodied Domination
Roleplay will be much more than an erotic gimmick: it will become a living ritual where social roles are broken, exaggerated, and reinvented in favor of a fully assumed hierarchy and a thrill grounded in surrender and power. Roleplay will be anchored in a clear, rigid, even ruthless structure, where roles are non-negotiable once the ritual begins.

Example: At each change of moon or season, Servant Lili becomes a “servitude character”: a silent nun, maid, court pet, or automaton. She wears a specific costume, adopts a specific posture and manner of speaking (or silence), and follows an imaginative protocol.

5) Enforced Nudity – Offering the Body, Symbol of Vulnerability and Submission
Enforced nudity becomes a tool of domination and a rite of voluntary surrender, where “Servant Lili” must let go of protection, defense, and sometimes even social identity to fully yield to the authority of “Lady”.

“The bare body shall not speak. It shall bow. It shall wait. It shall offer without demanding. And in this naked silence, it shall rediscover its purpose: to obey, to serve, to belong.”

Being naked on command is not about gratuitous exposure, but a conscious act of renunciation.

Example: Before each session, Lady removes Servant Lili’s clothes one by one in silence, with ceremonial slowness. With each garment removed, she says: “You have no armor. You have no mask. You are mine.” Nudity becomes a ritual unveiling, a poetic and theatrical offering.

Additional Clauses – Secret Pleasures

Servant Lili shall keep her body clean, shaved or groomed according to Lady Rubi’s preferences (intimate grooming, strict hygiene, dietary regimen, etc.).

Duration and Termination

This contract enters into force for a period of 24 heures.

Upon the expiration of this contract, unless there is mutual agreement to renew it, each party will freely return to their original role, released from any bond of authority or obedience, with respect and gratitude for the shared journey.

This contract may be terminated early, at the sole initiative of “Lady”, provided they express the underlying reasons for the termination out loud, in front of the other party, within a neutral and respectful space. By relinquishing the right to freely or unilaterally terminate the contract, “Servant Lili” affirms that submission must not be dictated by whims, mood swings, or fear.

Of course, this principle does not permit abuse. The contract remains governed by fundamental ethical boundaries, particularly consent, safety, and mental well-being. In cases of serious endangerment, unnegotiated suffering, or major breach of trust, exceptional interruption clauses are provided. Outside of such extreme circumstances, “Lady” alone holds the right to suspend or terminate the contract. “Servant Lili” shall honor the chosen path—of structured and consensual self-abandonment—through silence, patience, and perseverance.

Safewords

To preserve the dignity, physical and psychological health, and emotional integrity of the parties, a safeguard clause is included, allowing for the temporary suspension of the contract under exceptional and justified circumstances.

Safeword: Fleur-de-lis (Immediate stop for 30 minutes)

During the safeguard period, all ritual, protocol, and disciplinary obligations are suspended.

If the safeguard period reveals a profound imbalance, a renegotiation of the contract may be requested. Until the new terms are accepted and formally acknowledged by both parties, this contract shall not be considered modified in any way.
