Between the undersigned:
This contract is intended to formalize, within a consensual, clear, and structured framework, the relationship of submission established between the individual referred to as the Dominant, designated in this agreement as "Master Phil", and the individual referred to as the Submissive, designated as "Clitorine".

This contract establishes a structured but not extreme submission dynamic, combining discipline, symbolic play, mutual pleasure, and respect. It acknowledges "Master Phil"’s right to direct, control, and manage Clitorine’s daily life as specified in the following articles.
This commitment becomes effective upon joint signature by both parties and may be adapted, suspended, or terminated in accordance with the clauses at the end of the contract.

Through this article, the submissive party, contractually referred to as “Clitorine”, declares and acknowledges the voluntary renunciation, for the entire duration of the contract, of the following elements, within the limits defined by the clauses of safety, consent, and withdrawal:
It is explicitly understood that this renunciation in no way deprives Clitorine of fundamental rights to physical, psychological, or moral integrity. This article must not be interpreted as a clause of alienation, but rather as a voluntary, ritualized, and structured act of submission, under the seal of trust and the framework established by the contract.
The duty of «Clitorine» is neither blind obedience nor the mere execution of orders. It is an inner journey — a total, conscious, and consensual commitment to serving the Will of the other.
«Clitorine» accepts the rules not out of weakness, but by choice. She understands that discipline strengthens, and that imposed limits can become springboards toward a higher form of freedom: the freedom of honoring one's given word.
1) Docility: The Art of Willing Submission
Docility shall represent a fundamental aspect of the attitude of «Clitorine». It will not be weakness, nor a softness of mind; rather, it shall be a form of relational intelligence — a state of openness, trust, and deep availability to the authority embodied by «Master Phil».
Example: At fixed hours (morning, noon, evening), Clitorine must present themselves to Master Phil, ready to receive instructions or tasks. This contractual regularity demonstrates their consistency in voluntary obedience and defines their availability.
2) The Collar: A Symbol of Belonging, Commitment, and Ceremony
The collar holds a unique place: it is both a ritual object, a symbol of commitment, and a mark of possession and mutual responsibility. Far beyond a simple accessory, it represents a silent vow, a visible bond of the hierarchical dynamic between "Master Phil" and his submissive "Clitorine".
Example: Upon signing or renewing the contract, an official collar is presented and worn according to a dedicated article. It may only be removed by order of Master Phil. Any removal must be formalized in writing.
3) Positioning: Discipline of the Body, Expression of Rank
Bodily positioning will serve as a powerful method of non-verbal communication, reinforcing the hierarchical framework and anchoring psychological submission. "Clitorine" may be placed, kneeling, prostrated, or held in a precise posture for aesthetic and symbolic purposes. It becomes a gestural and symbolic education, imposed by "Master Phil" to signify to "Clitorine" her submissive role.
Example: A contract clause precisely defines regulated postures (e.g., “Position 1: standing, heels together, hands behind back — Position 2: kneeling, hands on thighs, eyes to the ground”). When an order is given (“Position 2!”), the submissive must execute it immediately. Failure to comply triggers a pre-defined sanction. These postures become a contractual vocabulary of control.
4) Controlled Language: Submission through Words
Controlled language will serve as a powerful tool of hierarchical reinforcement. “Clitorine” will be required to use a specific, codified, and ritualized verbal register. “Master Phil” will assert authority even through the way “Clitorine” is allowed to speak. Speaking becomes a conditioned, deliberate, and submissive act, where every word carries obedience.
Example: Strict rules define how the submissive must express herself: She never speaks first, unless asked a direct question. She ends every sentence with “as You wish.” She must systematically ask permission to speak in certain situations. Any infraction is logged in a behavior record and corrected. Language thus becomes a tool of formal submission and compliance.
5) Consensual Humiliation: The Refined Art of Erotic Deconstruction
Consensual humiliation will be a powerful and delicate practice, grounded in a deep agreement between “Master Phil” and “Clitorine.” It will involve verbal, symbolic, or physical scenarios where “Clitorine” accepts being lowered, ridiculed, or exposed, not to hurt her, but to strengthen the bond of power and surrender within an emotionally safe context.
Example: Each week, Clitorine writes a report listing failures, inappropriate thoughts, shortcomings, or behavioral mistakes. This report is presented to Master Phil, who may read excerpts aloud, annotate, correct, or ridicule them as per the contract. The humiliation here is procedural, codified, and traceable.
6) Roleplay: Theater of Embodied Domination
Roleplay will be much more than an erotic gimmick: it will become a living ritual where social roles are broken, exaggerated, and reinvented in favor of a fully assumed hierarchy and a thrill grounded in surrender and power. Roleplay will be anchored in a clear, rigid, even ruthless structure, where roles are non-negotiable once the ritual begins.
Example: Once a month, a codified roleplay turns Master Phil into a judge or investigator, and the submissive Clitorine into the accused. A case file is presented, she is interrogated, confronted with real or fictional evidence, and punished symbolically or physically based on the verdict. This roleplay formalizes punishment while dramatizing the hierarchy.
Clitorine accepts to be punished or rewarded according to her behavior, and acknowledges that these measures are an integral part of the contract.
This contract enters into force for a period of 24 heures.
If requested by “Master Phil”, this contract may be automatically renewed for a new period equal to its original duration, on the expiration date, without “Clitorine” being able to oppose it in any way. Submission is then reaffirmed without debate or appeal.
This contract may be terminated early, at the sole initiative of “Master Phil”, provided they express the underlying reasons for the termination out loud, in front of the other party, within a neutral and respectful space. By relinquishing the right to freely or unilaterally terminate the contract, “Clitorine” affirms that submission must not be dictated by whims, mood swings, or fear.
Of course, this principle does not permit abuse. The contract remains governed by fundamental ethical boundaries, particularly consent, safety, and mental well-being. In cases of serious endangerment, unnegotiated suffering, or major breach of trust, exceptional interruption clauses are provided. Outside of such extreme circumstances, “Master Phil” alone holds the right to suspend or terminate the contract. “Clitorine” shall honor the chosen path—of structured and consensual self-abandonment—through silence, patience, and perseverance.
To preserve the dignity, physical and psychological health, and emotional integrity of the parties, a safeguard clause is included, allowing for the temporary suspension of the contract under exceptional and justified circumstances.
Safeword: Judoka (Immediate stop for 30 minutes)
During the safeguard period, all ritual, protocol, and disciplinary obligations are suspended.
If the safeguard period reveals a profound imbalance, a renegotiation of the contract may be requested. Until the new terms are accepted and formally acknowledged by both parties, this contract shall not be considered modified in any way.
